New tour bus takes visitors even deeper through Carnarvon Gorge

Leading guided tours is more than ‘just a job’ to Michelle and Simon from Carnarvon Gorge Eco Tours (Australian Nature Guides).
With a passion for the outdoors and showing visitors the wonders of their beautiful backyard, the pair, with over 20 years’ experience have recently expanded their iconic small group experience.
After becoming the new owners of a 12-seater bus that is designed to get off-road and take explorers on a secluded, rugged and remote adventure throughout the natural million-year-old sandstone masterpiece, Carnarvon Gorge Eco Tours are preparing to offer short or multi-day tours to some of the region’s most hard to reach places.
“Our long-term plan is to offer a fully inclusive experience, which will include camp gear, cooking facilities and more, so that people can just jump on with their bag of clothes and personal necessities and off we go,” shared Michelle.
“Currently, we are booking the bus for private group tours – great for corporate or business bonding adventures, but eventually, we will open up to the public and undertake recreational tours of the stunning Gorge and surrounds.”
