Ever Seen Red Algae?!

Red algae occurs in narrow landscapes where direct sunlight is minimal.

These plants have adapted to photosynthesise using reflected light, rather than direct sunlight, so they reflect the opposite end of the colour spectrum compared with most other plants. (A shout out to Australian Nature Guides for giving us this quick science lesson.)
