Board Profiles
On a strategic and organizational level, CHRRUP has three main aims:
- Research and Development – Improving the community’s understanding of the social, economic and biophysical processes within the local area;
- Planning – Assistance for individuals, sectors and communities to develop their own management and local planning skills; and
- Support – Establishment of healthy institutional arrangements that support negotiation between sectors.
CHRRUP’s activities are managed by a Board of Directors, nominated from thirteen regional stakeholder groups which represent all parts of the Central Highlands community.
