LOCAL BUSINESS ACHIEVES GLOBAL CERTIFICATION
Local Emerald business, TNC Cranes commitment to professionalism, excellence and customer satisfaction has been recognised through achievement of the leading international quality management standard, ISO 9001:2008.
“ISO 9001:2008 is administered by the International Organization for Standardization and recognises TNC’s ability to provide customers with products and services that consistently meet their requirements, as well as meeting all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements,” said general manager, Matt Conway.
TNC Cranes had spent more than a year evaluating and improving its quality management systems prior to receiving certification.
“The process was rigorous to say the least,” Conway said.
“It delved into every aspect of our business and because the certification is not industry-specific, it benchmarks you against a range of organisations globally, regardless of type, size and product provided.”
In operation since 2008, TNC Cranes supplies and services gantry, vehicle and jib cranes, winches and hoists; carries out lifting equipment inspections and maintenance; and offers a 24/7 breakdown service.
TNC Cranes are keen supporters of community groups and events not only throughout the Central Highlands region and throughout Australia, including the Variety Bash, Relay for Life, Oxfam Trailwalker, Emerald Show and the Central Highlands Multicultural Festival.
